AETHUS Power Cell location and use
Craft a Power Cell at the Crafting Bench: 1 Basic Electronics, 2 Kalynite Frames, and 5 Solazine. The first blueprint is described at the clifftop survey site above the meteor crater, beside the solar panels and a static oxygen dome. That pickup is single-source.
The baseline recipe is readable in the linked power-cell and recipe articles, both from the same wiki. Those wiki articles count as one source. Euchale’s guide also agrees and was re-read in the review browser on 2026-10-28.
Where it goes
Use it in the clifftop elevator, oxygen generators, a Power Relay, and the Hardened Storage Drive recipe. Euchale notes you can take a Power Cell back out of the machine you inserted it into. One walkthrough also says finished cells sit in the Epsilon courtyard. I do not have a second source for a respawn, so I am not calling them farmable.
What I am not copying
Euchale lists the Manufacturing Hub cost as 1 Basic Electronics, 1 Kalynite Frame and 3 Solazine; the wiki repeats it, with independence unknown. The baseline recipe stays 1 + 2 + 5. Power is shared across the whole outpost once a cell or relay is on the grid, but generation capacity must still meet demand.
Questions
Can I remove a Power Cell after I install it?
Yes. Euchale's guide says the Power Cell and the related insert can be taken back out of the machine.
Is the clifftop blueprint confirmed?
Only one walkthrough places the blueprint by the clifftop terminal. The recipe agrees between Euchale and a secondary wiki; the elevator use is visible in the Steam screenshot and Ryvaken’s guide.
