AETHUS quests
Access Denied is not a universal password. Theta's front door is blocked by fungus: walk the outside wall to the right until the fence ends and enter the gap. Buried History wants Ancient Bones from the Lambda swamp. The contract's "three bones" line is single-source.
Named tasks are separated so you can match the objective in your journal. Wiki quest pages were readable; the Steam community guides were then read in the review browser after direct HTTP returned 429. Leyren cites Euchale for maps, so their matching Jenkins locations are source agreement with a possible shared origin, not proof of independent discovery.
Named quests
Into the Darkness (the search "in to the darknes" is a misspelling) is the trip underground. Bring a glowstick and an oxygen plan. The Oxygen Dome recipe of 2 Oxite + 1 Kalynite Bar is single-source. Deep Impact, in one walkthrough, is: build a Trade Node, take the dialogue, unlock the Comms Antenna, and reload the save if the objective sticks. The Inner Glow runs the Lambda reactor and a dam console. Hotfix 14 fixed a Biology Lab objective that would not tick. The capacitor door at Mu is released from the dam control room above Kappa and uses the Harlow, Sinclair, and Chapman cards. The antigen recipe for the Theta spore field is single-source.
Eight Jenkins figures
Display Jenkins is a collectible set, not a door code. Armoured Jenkins is in the Loadmaster's Office, which is why the Loadmaster key is a keycard and not a four-digit code.

Questions
What is the Access Denied code?
There is no universal code. Use the fence gap at Theta, a keycard, or power. The digits on the codes page open specific crates, not this objective.
Where is Lisa Chapman's console?
Her keycard is at Mu. The Epsilon console is story-gated. One Reddit thread says the digits appear in the quest prompt. The number 8852 is single-source.
